Fifteen years ago, in the heart of Lipari, surrounded by light and sea, Studio Pilates Desir\u00e9e was born: not just a space dedicated to movement, but a place where people can rediscover their bodies with awareness and respect.<\/p>

Since then, we have guided each person through a personalized journey of strength, posture, and well-being, in a welcoming environment where every detail is thoughtfully cared for.<\/p>
